We were visiting Panama City from Venice, Florida on Saturday, September 21 when we suddenly had no air conditioning in our 2021 GMC Arcadia. Our son diagnosed the problem as a stuck thermostat and we called Bill Cramer with little hope of getting anything done on Saturday. Tyler Smith said he would call us back. Meanwhile we considered what to do.....rent a car to get home and have our son bring it to us or return to get it, stay longer and try to rearrange Monday's schedule......pretty upset about our options. Then, Tyler called and said they had the part and could do the repair that day!!!!! We cannot say enough good things about Tyler, their service folks and this dealership. Had us back in business by 4:30 PM on a Saturday!!!! Absolutely top notch.

I arrived by wrecker, expecting the worst of news and to be without a vehicle for days. It was the opposite as they quickly diagnosed the issue, found the part and completed the repair within about 30 minutes of my arrival. EVERYONE was thoughtful, courteous and professional. What a great team!

I was in Panama City and the day before I was to come back home the thermostat went out on by 2021 GMC Acadia Denali that I had just purchased less than 2 months ago. This meant no air conditioning. It was a certified vehicle and should be covered under warranty. I went by Bill Cramer GMC and told Bill & Tyler my situation and they were two days out on diagnostics but being out of town they said they would get it checked as soon as possible. Tony took me back to my condo and within 4 hours Tyler called me and let me know they had my vehicle fixed and asked if I needed them to come back and pick me up. Everything was covered under warranty, and I couldn't have asked for a dealership to be any more kind than what Bill Cramer GMC was to me. Tyler, Bill, and Tony are superb employees. From the minute I walked in I felt they were wanting to help me.

Matt was my service ambassador. I was on vacation from out of town. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. We were anticipating a 3-4 day time to fix the vehicle. However, I arrived at 7am to check in and I picked the vehicle up at 6:15pm. It required a waterpump, hoses and I also had them complete a 100K mile service on it. His courtesy and concern was above and beyond. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

I recently took my 2023 Chevy Silverado in to Bill Cramer for an issue with the radio and some routine maintenance.
