I was met by a service tech promptly and arrangements made to service my car. An arrangement was made for a rental car and I was off to my appointment without delay.   • My service manager Mike was execellent. I dont agree with the pro-rated warranty work charge of 700.00 being that my warrenty was only 400 miles over. When I picked up my car a MONTH later the itemized bill did not specify where my 700.00 was spent or used for. I have done research on the issue and read that this was a ongoing issue in all 2008 and 2009 models of my vehicle. I am very un happy with GM. Everything in my driveway is a GM product and this experience will change my dedication towards purchasing another GM product. We are a military family and have worked with other authorized GM dealerships along the east coast and have never felt like I was ripped off. I am not happy at all.
