Logan our sales man was exceptional!! His patience, manners, knowledge, appearance are beyond professional. This young man has a bright future. I never ask a question I don’t know the answer too, he was spot on and responded with a text book answer, never faltering from the truth. And if he didn’t know, he was up front about it and found the answer promptly. But that only happened once.

The Salesman was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, as well as professional. The finance employee was equally presented.

I was driving to PCB for vacation when my recently purchased 2025 equinox started having issues. Mike and DJ were extremely helpful with scheduling and getting my car repaired in a timely manner while I was visiting the area. My car had no issues on the way home and hasn’t had any since. I’m thankful for the friendliness that was shown to us out of towners. Great dealership.

2023 gmc acadia had deffective evap purge pump.
I called on Thursday and They scheduled Tuesday appointment and i told them I was leaving for 30 day road trip on Saturday. I told them what problem was, plus GM had alert for this problem in 2024 for years from 2015.
They check on Tuesday and said they could not get part till Monday which.showed they did not care about customer.

Not always in and out, and they always seem to find something else wrong.

I've had to take my truck in 2 different times to be worked on and Tyler in the service department always kept me updated and they got my truck back to me really fast.they have all been awesome!!!!!

Awesome SUV and the sales team was cooperative, thanks for making me happy.

Got 4 estimates, they were cheapest by far even with front end alignment and road hazard warranty included which was not on the other 3 estimates. 4 new tires. Great price, friendly service and done in a timely manner.

The service reps are always friendly and never pushy! They keep you informed of the progress and tell you what they recommend to have done but are never over barren or forceful. Just suggest and answer any questions you may have.

Arrived in town on vacation on Sunday with our vehicle having a check engine light on. Went into the service department first thing Monday morning. Tyler in the service department was great and got our vehicle back to us in 2 days. They took great care of us!

Overall satisfied, drop off and registration need improving with time efficiency. Seemed like I had to go through the process twice after calling to make an appointment and registration having to do the same things again and go through the same questions again upon drop off.

The service department has always been polite, cheerful and most important efficient! When I drop off my Buick Envision Avenir for a routine service, I use the courtesy van's service instead of sitting in their lovely waiting room with snacks :). Their driver has been pleasant and happy to engage in a conversation for the 10-minute drive to my home. I have been really happy with Bill Cramer Chevrolet, and I encourage you to go by and see them for your next vehicle, too.

Traveling from Wisconsin to Panama City for spring break our 23 GMC Sierra 3.0L diesel check engine came on. It came on while in Kentucky and a dealership there did diagnose our check engine light but did not have a diesel mechanic staffed that Saturday so they were able to reset the check engine light for us. Went to the dealership to get an idea of what I wanted and bought my first GMC



The employees at this dealership are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Very nice atmosphere. Logan was a wonderful sales person

Everyone involved in the purchased of our 2025 -Z71 was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchased.

Did not reset the oil or air filter settings on dash console. Did not know where my truck was when coming to pick it up. Customer service reps were friendly, however for the amount of money I spent on a service (nearly $1K) I would expect at least a courtesy wash, or that they knew where my car was parked. This is my last visit to Bill Cramer.



I took my car to Cramer Chevrolet because it was making some squeaking noises and I wanted to make sure it would be ok for my drive home to Wisconsin. They recommended new front and rear brakes, new serpentine belt, new struts with alignment and new tie rods which would have all been +$5500. I live in Destin so I have been taking my 2018 Yukon Denali to a dealership closer to me. They had my car for 3 weeks and could not diagnose a problem that was making me have to jump my car to start it each time I wanted to drive. Overall, I think your service department does a great job. Upon my last visit it was disappointing to learn that i had services needed at 30,000 miles that were not offered on my prior visit. This was frustrating as my vehicle is now 2,000 miles past my service agreement for any routine maintenance to be completed for the first 36,000 miles and now i am looking at approx. $800.00 to have them performed. It would have been nice to know this before my service agreement was up but going forward i will watch this more closely as to not let that happen again.

Had the oil changed on my Chevrolet Equinox Premier. Service was good, but the price had increased more than $20.00 since my last oil change. Total charge for oil change nothing extra $111.00

I was informed of a recall needed on my truck and she put in an order for the part needed and let me know she would contact me when it came in to get it scheduled as well. Not crazy about the wait time to have your vehicle looked at. My service advisor Tyler Smith is fantastic. He is very helpful and takes great care of you.

I took my GMC 1500 for it's first oil change and the reapplication of the AutoButler paint protection. The truck looked amazing when completed. Even though I live about 90 miles away, the trip was worth it. Everyone that I interfaced with was polite and professional. Bill Cramer GMC can be proud of their employees.

Appointments don’t seem to mean much. Your vehicle is left in line until the others in front are serviced.
I bought a new Denali around Mother’s Day and it was due “auto butler”. I dropped it off and expected a delay. I got a nice auto generated message from the service writer. I messaged back to please check this item. No response.

They just can’t get it right

Best experience I've had with any business in decades. Processes were seamless/ smooth, the facility impressively modern and spotless. Matt Telesko was professional, cordial, and supportive; D.J., my courtesy van driver was delightful. My replacement seatbelts (factory recall) were installed same-day. Bill Cramer Chevrolet's business model is one to emulate. Bay County should be proud!

Service adviser was able to work me in without having appointment. Inform me of other services recommended (beyond the oil change). Tech completed all services quickly getting me out in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean (as usual) and people were friendly.
