All they had to do was reprogram the radio, not replace the brakes for $1600 like Bill Cramer did. I called the Service Manager at Bill Cramer and was told everything they did was legit even if it didnt fix the issue. They promised they would send a check for $100 to cover the coupon price I could have used. A month later and nothing has arrived. So not only do I feel I was completely taken advantage of by being an out of town customer but then feel like I was lied to by the service manager who promised me the $100 dollar rebate and has not followed through. Mind you I was charged $1600 for a repair job that I was not even having issues with and that was left incomplete. They did cover the cost my local dealer had to expend the complete the job but did not take care of me. Be VERY CAREFUL especially if you are from out of town.

Had the oil and filter changed along with the fuel filter on my 2022 Chevrolet High Country 2500HD duramax. They honored the online price for the fuel filter and applied my members points on the bill. A great money savings advantage!

I was visiting Panama City on vacation when I had an issue with my truck. After talking with Matt he stated that the dealership would strive to complete my repair and have my issue resolved so that I could travel back home. I had to replace something due to a safety recall on my vehicle. The person who booked my appointment was professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail. All service representatives were complimentary, efficient, and communicative. They provided a courtesy ride back to my house while I waited. The work done on my vehicle was perfect, and the car was immaculate when returned!

I had the perfect truck shopping experience in February for my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Trail Boss.
