The Chevrolet Traverse hits the 2022 market with a streamlined lineup consisting of the LS, LT, RS, the Premier, the Redline Edition and the High Country The updated SUV receives several new features on the exterior with new front fascia and new grilles, a new headlamp configuration with standard LED headlamps, and daytime running lamps. Chevrolet is also adding new driver-assist features that further enhance the driving experience. What remains the same is that the Traverse continues to focus on its spacious cabin, powerful engine, and its abundance of features.
The Traverse is powered by a lively 3.6-liter V-6 that runs smoothly and is surprisingly nimble at higher speeds. It also has a solid suspension that balances agility and comfort.
The interior of the Traverse seats eight people with three rows of seating. It boasts 98.2 cubic feet of cargo space with second-row smart slide seating and split-folding seats in the third row. The materials within the cabin are handsome and comfortable.

Chevrolet introduces several new designs that add to the already streamlined beauty of the Traverse. The SUV will be decorated with a freshened appearance that includes a new grille, a new headlamp configuration with standard LED headlamps and daytime running lights, a new LED tail lamp design, a new roof rail design, and four new wheel designs. Also added are power-folding, heated outside mirrors that come standard on the RS, Premier, and High Country trims. You can choose from three special editions and trims: the RS, the Redline Edition, and the High Country, all of which allow you to design the Traverse to your taste.

The 2022 Traverse comes with a variety of interior features that set it apart from other SUVs. Each trim comes with its own set of features that include an eight-way power driver seat with power lumbar control, an 8-inch diagonal color Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system, signature black accents, heated driver and front passenger seats, perforated leather-appointed seating with heated and ventilated driver and front passenger seats, heated steering wheel, and heated second-row captain’s chairs.
The Traverse is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that generates 310 horsepower with a standard nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is an option. The Traverse is smooth on the road with steady handling and a competent transmission.
