We purchased our Chevy HHR from you on February 8th. On the 27th as we were starting up from a stop sign downtown, a clunking noise occurred and s notice came on about service escape. We drove directly to you and at each traffic light the clunk would occur and the warning light stayed on. You kept our car overnight and drove us home, then back to the shop the next day. The problem was fixed under the warranty and everyone we came into contact with was gracious and pleasant and helpful. Michael was our service personnel and we are 'completely satisfied'. P.S. Thanks for letting us know about your recent service experience! I am sorry you had issues with your new HHR, but hope we have chased all the gremlins away now! The HHRs are awesome! My dad is our parts driver and he used to drive an HHR to deliver parts. Of everything he has driven so far, the HHR has remained one of his favorites...and he is one tough cookie to please!
