As always, whatever the reason I bring my 2012 Equinox to Bill Cramer Chevrolet due to the outstanding customer service received regardless of the issue. Nothing seems to be no trouble for the Service staff. On this occasion I had a screw in my tire which required immediate attention. The service department had the vehicle in and out in less than 30-minutes. There is no question I will bring my vehicle to Bill Cramer each and every time weather it be a regular service, warranty work, or for any other reason without hesitation. Great Staff, great customer service, great work as always.

Casey the salesman I had the good luck of dealing with made the process very enjoyable,i never have liked to deal with salesman but this guy really made us feel welcome and did everything he could for us.he took us around to meet all the people that we will be dealing with in the future and I have never had anyone do that before. It ended good but started bad when I pulled in there where two men both seem busy but I waited probally about ten minutes and started to get back in my car to leave only because neither one looked or made eye contact to tell me they would be right with me they both just let me stand there not even a look. That is bad business. When I got back in my car to leave that's when they came over and said be right with you. But it only took 45 min for the oil change which was very good. Once they got to me everybody was real nice.but when it was ready they called for my ex husband and the car is in my name I know he has a car from there also but mine is in my name. But over all it was o.k.

I scheduled an appointment to bring my Buick Enclave in for scheduled maintenance and due to a recall by the manufacturer. I was met by a service tech promptly and arrangements made to service my car. An arrangement was made for a rental car and I was off to my appointment without delay. The service personnel were very courteous and professional. There is great, hassle free service, at Bill Cramer's dealership. The service manager runs a great department!

I TOOK MY 2011 AVALANCHE TO BILL CRAMER...

I TOOK MY 2011 AVALANCHE TO BILL CRAMER CHEVY,BECAUSE THE DASH HAD CRACKED. MET WITH SCOTT PARTEE AND WITH NO HASSLE AT ALL WROTE UP A WORK ORDER TO HAVE A NEW DASH ORDERED TO REPLACE MY OLD ONE. WHEN THEN NEW DASHED ARRIVED, SCOTT CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I WENT IN TO HAVE THE REPLACED, SCOTT MADE ME EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS VISIT. SCOTT OFFERED ME A RIDE TO ANY PLACE I NEEDED TO GO, HAD A RECALL ON MY TRANSMISSION DIP STICK REPAIRED & HAD MY TRUCK CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT. A BIG THANK YOU TO SCO0TT PARTEE FROM ME.
