For every dollar you spend in the service department, parts department, and body shop you will earn 5% toward future purchases or service work. As an added bonus you will automatically receive a $25 service bonus and a $250 sales bonus on your card just for signing up!
How Do I Earn Rewards?
It's easy to earn rewards. Every customer pay purchase you make in our service department, parts department, or body shop will earn you 5% toward any future purchases in our dealership.
What Is The Difference Between Service Points And Sales Points?
When you participate in the Bill Cramer GM Preferred Owner program your account will automatically be credited with $25 in service rewards and $250 in sales rewards. As you accumulate rewards you can spend them in two different ways. Sales rewards can only be redeemed toward the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle. Service rewards can be redeemed toward the purchase of any product or service at Bill Cramer GM. Service rewards can also be combined with sales rewards. The maximum reward for any transaction is $300.
How Do I Access My Rewards Account?
You can check your rewards balance any time by logging on to your account online. To access your account go to www.billcramergm.com and find the Preferred Owner link. You will need your 16 digit account number that is printed on the front of your swipe card that you received when you sign up. Once you click on this link you can do several things. You can check your sales and service balance, access the Points Program, update personal information, and more. We encourage you to check your account often to see how much you are saving!
